The first post.

OK, it's the excitement of a new blog which has been thrust upon the unwitting public. I'll explain things later and get on with writing the first proper post now. Enjoy it, don't take things too seriously as it could be you that I'm writing about.

Who's Who

Dave - Park Manager: Very obliging, good natured and has a good sense of humour. Just don't get on the wrong side of him or mistake him for a fool.

Me - Night Warden: The writer of this blog, which will become a home to my razor-sharp wit and a place for me to vent my anger at some of the punters (see description below)

James - Night Warden: Likes his coffee, counts down the seconds until his next break. If there was a "Good Cop, Bad Cop" routine, you can guess where he'd fit in.

Alex - Ex-Park Manager: General good-guy, likes a good laugh, but hates being dragged out of his bed at any time between 11pm and 7am.

Martin - Ex-Night Warden: -Last Season- Reasonably intelligent, likes a laugh and doesn't talk as much as Bryan (which is always a good thing).

Bryan - Ex-Night Warden: -Last Season- Very talkative and finds the strangest things extremely funny.

Archie - Ex-Night Warden: -Last Season- Likes a laugh, seems to be hiding a secret, which will be revealed as the season goes on.

Punters: They come from all over the world to pitch their tents, park up their caravans/mobile homes on our hallowed turf.
